- Always respect the time that your people need away from the office.
- Unless there’s a true emergency, avoid after hours communication.
- Help your team to build reasonable boundaries between work and home. They will be happier, healthier, and ultimately more productive.
Your people need life balance and if their lives are solely about work they will burnout and resent you. Trust me…I know!
