- Truly get excited about new initiatives, strategies and innovative ideas.
- Don’t be embarrassed by your enthusiasm. Ignore the naysayers that may think you’re “one of those cheerleader types”. Sooner or later they’ll get on board. If they don’t, they are not right for your team. Actually, naysayers are not right for any team.
