When the big boss comes down, where’s your head? A great leader is always prepared and knows that regardless of the situation with their boss they have to rise to the occasion and find it from within to get their people on track and not afraid.
- Threats are tools used by bullies and weak managers. Skip them. They don’t work and they make you look bad.
- Consistently communicate the reality of your business to the top dogs so there are NO surprises.
