One of the best ways to stay fresh as a leader is to share what you know with others. Being a mentor is a gift to others as well as your self. Keep a few things in mind:
- Each day take time to teach one thing to one member of your team. Get them engaged and you will be surprised how it also stimulates you to see things differently.
- Ask yourself daily, “What did I contribute to my environment today?
- Evaluate your impact on your staff when it comes to learning. What are you teaching them and what is its impact?
