Great leaders look to learn daily. They never focus on the answers they have as they are only the stepping stones of the possibilities that can be created in the future. Learning is easy if you:
- Listen a little more today.
- Focus a little closer.
- Read something new.
- And if all else fails ask someone else to share something they learned recently.
If you have cut your training, you have cut the opportunity for your people to learn, think differently and be more effective.
