Have a weekly topic or brainstorm box and get people to contribute their ideas. - At your staff meeting take a problem and have teams come up with solutions to improve the process, guest experience or profitability within 15 minutes.
- Help people understand that in difficult times there is an opportunity to contribute more and to innovate. Something that takes 15 minutes will need to now take 5 minutes – how can we simplify? This is today’s innovation.
