Create an internal blog that is from your President or COO. Get people sharing and talking- Post inspiring quotes around the office, back of the house areas, loading docks.
- Do what you want them to do. Be fanatical. If you want amazing customer service, show them what it looks like. If you want them to be on time, be on time, etc. If you expect it, they will be inspired to do it when they see you are requiring it of yourself and believe in it, too
